Through times when so much feels out of our hands, I’ve devised practices that have helped me to stay attuned to myself and the creation of a life that brings me joy.

25 years ago I decided to get to know God, not the God that I had learnt about in church, but the one that felt. Wisdom was my goal, because wisdom gave you the answers to mastering this life and that’s what I wanted more than anything was to master the art of this life. I saw what appeared to be available and new there was more but trying to achieve it on my own seemed foolish, because I felt there was more and more was what I found.
My desire to gain wisdom coupled with my desire to understand myself has guided me and empowered. Seeking wisdom has brought me people and courage in equal measure and has shown me that through creating life practices that are focused on seeking, receiving and applying wisdom you can create change in your life and your loved ones that will bring about change in the world.
I would love to share these insights and work with you to gain the wisdom required to create your way of life.
